If your item doesn’t fit correctly, we are happy to get the correct size to you! The most efficient way to move forward will be to immediately place a new order in our store and send the other item back to us at your convenience. When our team receives the return, we will refund your account for the order (minus our initial shipping cost). Please send a copy of the receipt, your name, or the order number along with the first item so that our team can credit the correct account.

If you have a missing package or item from your order, let us know and we will ship the missing item out as soon as possible! Email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which items are missing.
Let us know if you have a wrong item in your order by emailing us at email@example.com and we will get the correct item shipped to you as soon as possible.
Damaged or Broken Item
If you received a damaged or broken item, we are so sorry for the inconvenience! If possible, we would love to replace it as quickly as possible. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and what item was damaged and we will create a replacement order for you!
Item Not as Expected
If an item is not as you expected and you’d like to return it for a refund, please ship your item to the address below with a note explaining that you’d like a refund. We won’t be able to refund shipping but will be able to refund you for the goods. Also, we would love your feedback—please let us know what didn’t meet your expectations and how we could improve. As a small business who works with other small businesses and makers, your feedback is extremely helpful for our future development and product creation!
